Accommodation rates have been negotiated with hotels close to the conference venue - The Napier Conference Centre. Please book your accommodation via the online registration process. You must enter a valid credit card to secure your booking during that process. Delegates are responsible for covering all costs related to their accommodation.

Studio Room NZ$220 per night
Studio Rooms Our studio rooms contain two queen-sized beds and are designed for up to three people to stay in comfort. There's also plenty of room to work at the desk and make use of the kitchenette. Each studio room contains an ensuite bathroom.
As well as a comfortable bed and heavy blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep, our Studio Rooms also have:
Private ensuite bathroom
Iron and ironing board
Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate
Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle
Sky TV, stereo and alarm clock
Maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2 children in a Studio Room

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Please refer to the cancellation policies for each hotel as you go though the registration process. In general most hotels require all cancellations to be made 30 days prior to the arrival. Bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking. Any No-Shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking.
Arrival Time and Late Arrivals Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check in time please book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
To Secure Accommodation To secure accommodation please book prior to the closing date of Monday 3 February 2020. You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking, however your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout. Any no-show fees will be charged to your credit card. Room Rates quoted are per room per night in $NZD and include 15% GST unless otherwise specified. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Change of Booking Alterations to your accommodation booking must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers, email@example.com
Sharing Accommodation Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share as part of the registration process. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
